JIPA P3MI, established in 2018, is a legally recognized company operating within the sector of Indonesian migrant workers placement, approved by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower. Our company’s goal is to distribute and place Indonesians aiming to become migrant workers abroad.

Currently, job vacancies at JIPA P3MI cover the fields of Agriculture, Livestock, Industry, Caregiver, and Hospitality. But we do not rule out the possibility of increasing vacancies from other fields of work.
In Indonesia, the profession as a Careworker is not familiar to the public. Careworker is a part of nursing but has a non-medical field of work. Care workers are tasked with caring for patients or the elderly related to their daily needs such as eating, drinking, toileting, and others. In developed countries like Japan, this profession is very much needed. However, due to the limited domestic workforce, Japan opens up opportunities for foreign workers to work as Careworkers in Japan.
JIPA P3MI has cooperation with many agencies accepting foreign workers in Japan. Currently we are also reviewing cooperation with other countries that need other foreign workers such as Germany, Taiwan and others.
The requirements to register as a candidate for employment vary depending on the recipient country. However, in general, the requirements that must be met are as follows:
– Age must between 18 – 30 Years
– Graduates min. SMA/SMK/MI Highschool or equivalent
– Get permission from family
– Physically and mentally healthy
– Have the ability to speak a foreign language
