Our company also work alongside the government to reduce the high unemployment rate in the country, and to improve the workforce’s experience and knowledge obtained during their work abroad, in order to be able to apply those skills upon their return to our home country, Indonesia.
JIPA P3MI provides job vacancy information based on reputable information to the public. Prior to the departure of candidates, our company conducts regulations and language training as well as cultural orientation according to each of their destination countries.

In 2018, through the support of our like-minded partners, we set up a company under the name of Jaya Indonesia Pandu Abhipraya.
